Available in 5 Contrast levels: 1.25%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 25%. Chart size is 24.5″ x 25.5″ (62 cm x 65 cm).
The 2.5% Contrast Charts is offered in 2 versions (500021 & 500021A). Both charts have a 2.5% Contrast level but the optotypes are scrambled for repetitive testing situations.
